Private yoga instruction is a wonderful way to receive individual attention for your specific needs and goals. Yoga Therapeutics in an incredibly effective way of healing your body on all levels thereby revealing more of your gifts and creativity that are inherent in each of us that would otherwise be held back by physical limitation/blockages.

Yoga Therapeutics is a large part of each session. I use my training in Yoga Therapeutics with Anusara Yoga’s Universal principles of Alignment to assist each individual in healing injury, chronic pain, carpal tunnel, low back injuries, sciatic pain, and the like. Each session is tailored specifically to each student.

Those who would benefit most from private instruction:

~ You are a beginner and prefer to be introduced to yoga in a private rather than classroom setting.

~ You are an experienced practitioner of yoga and are looking to gain a deeper understanding of proper alignment, work with your body’s specific challenges, and/or deepen your practice.

~ You want assistance creating your own personalized home practice.

~ You have chronic pain or injuries you would like to heal or overcome and don’t feel a class setting is appropriate for you.

~ You have health concerns such as stress relief, digestive disorders, arthritis, insomnia, depression, headaches, female issues, post-cancer treatment, post-surgery, sciatica, low pain pain or injury.

~ You would like to learn how to gracefully move and support yourself through challenging times.

~ You are seeking a deeper sense of connectedness.

~ You want to experience more grace, playfullness, ease and  joy in life

~ You want to live a life with less pain and more freedom in your body

I guide each student carefully into and out of each pose with detailed information for a deeper understanding of how the body works and specific verbal cues to work with your specific need or issue. I encourage you to listen more deeply to your heart, your intuitive voice within, your inner Guru (teacher).

For Single person:
$80/hour
4 session package $300

For two people:
$65/hr/person
4 Session package $240 per person

For three people:
$50/hr/person
4 Session package $180 per person

**all packages of 4 expire 6 months from the date of the first session.

For private group classes: $20 per person~ minimum of 4 people to be considered a group
